Fighters get ready for the bloodiest non-physical fighting event of the year! Welcome to Verbal Kombat at GothCon 2025!

In a series of intense more or less verbal duels, participants meet in a fight where only the most ready to fight is victorious.

What is Verbal Kombat?

Verbal Kombat is a fight in verbal form where the participants take turns formulating physical attacks on each other. Who wins is decided (unless it's a knock out) by the bloodthirsty crowd!

Participant registration on site half an hour before the event.

If you do not want to participate, you are most welcome to be in the audience and cheer on your favourites.

Gaming magazine Fenix celebrates and rewards Swedish role-playing games and role-playing game creators! During the gala, prizes will be awarded for efforts and products by Swedish role-playing game creators during 2024.

The musical: The Milky Way

When some young people on their way to a summer camp with a grumpy taxi driver are beamed into a spaceship, they soon realize that they have much more to look forward to this summer than they ever imagined. They have been chosen by the mysterious Alieneus for an important mission that could save the Earth. But what is Alieneus' plan? What is wrong with the Earth? Will our heroes succeed in saving it or is it too late?

The Kulturkrock Association is back with a new musical: "Vintergatan", based on the classic summer holiday programs Vintergatan 5A and 5B. But as usual with our own twist. It promises Excitement! Action!! Monsters!! Explosions!! Romance!!

Dragon Castle: LIVE!

Overcome the challenges, outsmart the traps, try every door, kill the trolls and orcs, steal the treasure, but whatever you do, don't wake the dragon! Expect to die! Over and over again!

Joint adventuring in "Dragon Castle: The Book Game Adventure", with extra everything! Mood-creating images are shown on a projector, suggestive music plays in the background. Participants are encouraged to come in their own costumes!

Dragon Castle: LIVE! will be led by an on-stage narrator who will lead you through the winding tunnels and halls of the castle. All participants adventure together and choose their way through the castle by voting. 10+ participants per session. Spectators are welcome. If individual participants die or need to leave, spectators have the opportunity to replace them. If the entire group dies, you just have to start over.
No preparation is needed, all equipment will be provided (pen, paper, dice and of course 20 meters of rope)

NOTE: The event is held in Swedish, and use of the book is approved by Dan Glimne himself.
